Smt. Anitha Srikant owes much of her success as an engineer to dance, making a mark in her dancing profession through her imaginative choreographies. Anitha began her Bharathanatyam training in Bangalore under the guidance of Guru KV Manasa (Student of Kalashree Radha Sridhar and Padma Subramanium), training with her for over 14 years in the Pandanallur style.  After completing dance examinations and arangetram under her tutelage, she continued her training with Shirisha Shashank (student of CV Chandrashekar Rao and Priyadarshini Govind). Guru Anitha Srikant’s dance career spans over 25 years. She is the founder and artistic director of the Nrityanjali Dance School in Fishers, Indiana, and has been running the school for 9 years now. She works tirelessly to instill precise dance techniques in her students, and has garnered success and accolades in her dance performances in prestigious venues and dance festivals. Furthermore, she has over 250 stage performance to her credit in India, US and mid east. Her performance in the US includes global rhythms, Mary baldwin amidst AR Rahman (Oscar award winner), Dalai Lama talk show, Chicago Indian Consulate, India Indian Business Council, Heartland Film Festival and many more. Anitha also served as an Indian Raga fellow in the year 2022. Apart from her dance school, Anitha it also holds a leadership role at Salesforce.
